Job summary

Qualifications
- Current MN CNA licensure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
- Long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including activities of daily living.
- Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans and infection-control standards
