• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure timely, accurate assessments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and manage care plans.
• Ensure timely submission of all MDS/RUGs documentation and adherence to CMS/OBRA guidelines.
• Monitor and audit MDS accuracy, ARD scheduling, and reimbursement impact.
