Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a qualified RN to coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring timely, accurate MDS assessments and compliant documentation across payer programs in our Texas facility.

You will partner with the interdisciplinary team, manage ARD reference dates, monitor case-mix and reimbursement workflows, and support audit activities to maintain data integrity and optimal resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN or LVN.
• Experience with MDS completion, reimbursement, and case management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary team to develop and manage care plans.
• Ensure completion of Medicare/Medicaid case‑mix documents for appropriate reimbursement.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to optimize ARD selection for Medicare/Managed Care assessments.
• Support audits and data integrity through MDS validation and reporting.
