Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.

• Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI guidelines, PDPM, and Medicare is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.
• Manage the MDS/RAI process and assessment schedule.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor PDPM documentation and reimbursement.
