Job summary

Palm Garden of Sun City Center in Sun City Center, FL, is seeking an RN MDS Care Plan Coordinator who can coordinate and complete required MDS assessments for residents with accuracy and on-time submission to meet regulatory guidelines.

You will review medical records and team documentation to ensure information supports the MDS coding and reflects residents’ care needs, working within a compassionate team focused on residents and families across Florida.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1-3 years of MDS experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience coordinating MDS assessments and regulatory compliance.
