Qualifications

• RN license required
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year in nursing management in long-term care
• 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/geriatric settings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the RAI and interdisciplinary care planning process.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead and motivate staff to follow RAI processes.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered oversight.
