Qualifications

• RN with BSN preferred and licensure in Indiana.
• At least 1 year in nursing management in long-term care.
• Minimum 2 years' nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the RAI and the care planning process.
