Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in long-term care.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI).
• Oversee interdisciplinary care planning to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and motivate staff to follow RAI processes.
• Promote teamwork and communication across care disciplines.
