Qualifications

• Must possess RN Nursing Degree and a minimum of 1-year MDS experience in a LTC facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct federally mandated MDS assessments for residents.
• Compile data into thorough reports for facility use.
• Promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and ethical standards.
