Responsibilities

• Completes assessments, MDS and care plans for all residents assigned.
• Monitors MDS completion by other disciplines within regulatory timeframes.
• Notifies supervisor of incomplete/timely assessments by other disciplines.
• Ensures accurate, timely completion of MDS/RAPs/Triggers for residents.
