Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical staff and therapy for documentation and care.
• Research diagnoses for optimal reimbursement and accurate coding.
• Ensure timely certifications and re-certifications; sign orders.
• Collaborate with Managed Care organizations and plan resident care.
• Lead resident assessment processes per MDS requirements.
• Audit MDS documents for accuracy and dates; ensure timely submissions.
