Job summary

Complete Care at Multi Medical Center in Towson, MD is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator RN to join our clinical team. This full-time, day shift role offers the chance to oversee MDS assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance within our compassionate facility.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, Medicaid reimbursement, and be able to work both independently and with a team, using computer systems to document and transmit assessments

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in Maryland.
• Experience in long-term care and MDS processes.
• Knowledge of Case-Mix and Medicare PPS.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide resident assessments timely.
• Supervise inputting MDS assessments.
• Transmit MDS to the state and obtain validation receipt.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences quarterly and annually.
• Other duties assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Now Hiring: MDS Coordinator RN Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and guide the completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.

• Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.

• Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain receipt of validation.

• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Case-Mix, Federal Medicare PPS process, and Medicaid reimbursement.

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.

• Computer knowledge.

• Previous long term care experience is required

License:

• Must have an active RN Registered Nurse License to practice in the state of Maryland
