Heritage Hall is seeking a Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator for a full-time role in Virginia. You will support holistic patient care, coordinating MDS activities and ensuring high-quality care across our centers.

Qualified candidates are RNs with Virginia license, ASN, and at least 2 years of nursing experience; LTC and MDS knowledge is preferred. Join a compassionate team dedicated to residents and families.

• Current RN Virginia state license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• LTC and previous MDS experience preferred.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
