Heritage Hall in Blackstone, VA is seeking a part-time RN MDS Coordinator to join a compassionate care team dedicated to improving quality of life for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN, an active Virginia RN license, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with LTC/MDS experience preferred. You will work independently to coordinate MDS processes and communicate effectively with patients and families.
