Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to conduct and coordinate resident assessments in compliance with federal and state regulations. You will work within a facility focused on serving veterans, with responsibilities spanning assessment planning and coordination per policy goals.

The role requires a nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of related healthcare experience, including MDS assessments in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Experience completing and coordinating MDS assessments in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in this state.

Key Qualifications:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
