Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to oversee resident assessments within a skilled nursing setting in Texas. The role focuses on coordinating the MDS process and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements aligned with facility goals.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of long-term care experience, holds an active Texas RN license, and can manage complex resident assessments to support quality care and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating MDS assessments in long-term care.
• Must hold an active RN license in Texas.

Key Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have experience in completing and coordinating MDS assessments in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
