Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to conduct and coordinate resident assessments and care planning in accordance with federal and state requirements and the facility's goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Degree, has at least one year of hospital or long-term care experience, experience with MDS assessments, and an active, unencumbered Alabama RN license; EOE.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Experience in completing and coordinating MDS assessments in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in Alabama.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have experience in completing and coordinating MDS assessments in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
