Essentia Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a 0.75 FTE Registered Nurse for the float pool in the Maternal Child area of St Marys Medical Center. You will provide holistic nursing care, coordinate lactation education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Birthplace, Pediatrics, and NICU.
Requirements include MN RN license, BCLS within 1 month, NRP within 1 year, and 2+ years of acute care RN experience. ADN/BSN incentives are offered.

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Responsible for the coordination of lactation education and support within the nursing division.
