Qualifications

• Current, full, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum 3 years experience in risk management, patient safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Experience with data analytics for risk and safety.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal risk management program.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate risk strategies to reduce medical errors.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal risk management regulations.
• Oversee patient safety program and RCA/FMEA processes.
• Educate staff and physicians on systems contributing to errors.
