Qualifications

• RN license in good standing from Arizona Board of Nursing.
• 5 years' nursing experience in acute hospital or ambulatory care.
• 5 years' leadership in Risk Management, Quality or Compliance in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop patient safety initiatives and high reliability concepts.
• Provide staff with risk management and mitigation guidance; CPHRM or CPPS preferred.
• Train staff and lead multi-disciplinary teams in compliance and risk management.
