Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to identify and mitigate patient safety and organizational risks.
• Lead risk identification, training, and education initiatives with physician engagement.
• Review adverse events and patient complaints to drive improvement and reduce risk.
• Serve as risk management consultant on informed consent, disclosure, and event management.
• Develop and maintain proactive risk management strategies across the system.
• Manage litigation processes for claims and lawsuits with insurance and leadership.
• Collaborate on policy development, regulatory compliance, and practice improvement.
• Analyze risk trends and data to implement evidence-based safety solutions.
