Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership for the CCiR mobile program and clinical staff in field settings.
• Lead operational and safety processes, staffing, and compliance with BHCHP policies.
• Drive quality improvement, grant deliverables, and population health initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to expand service locations and outreach.
