Job summary

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) is seeking an experienced RN Manager of Mobile Addiction Services to lead the Community Care in Reach (CCiR) team. The role focuses on expanding access to compassionate, patient-centered care for people facing homelessness and substance use disorders in Boston's mobile clinics and partner sites.

In partnership with medical leadership, you will shape program strategy, strengthen community partnerships, oversee operations, and ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required.
• At least two years of experience providing addiction-related services.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Commitment to equitable, patient-centered care for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCiR team meetings and coordinate clinic operations.
• Develop strategic direction and partnerships to expand mobile care.
• Oversee clinical quality initiatives and grant management.
• Provide direct nursing care 2–4 shifts weekly.
