Job summary

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program seeks a Registered Nurse Manager to join our respite leadership team to coordinate and expedite the clinical operations of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The RN Manager will coordinate the response to patient access and needs, supervise interdisciplinary team members, and foster collaborative relationships to advance patient care.

Qualifications

• Commonwealth of Massachusetts RN license and nursing degree.
• Experience leading nursing or related teams.
• Experience with underserved populations and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee respite nursing department staff in collaboration with Nursing/Medical Directors.
• Manage staffing and overtime, and participate in staff development.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of reslte teams.
• Promote effective communication and workflows across departments.
