Job summary

Ashford Gardens is seeking an RN/LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. The role involves supervising patient care within the scope of licensure, observing patient conditions, and documenting in the EMR per policy.

You will implement care plans, administer medications, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality patient well-being. Shift patterns include Monday–Friday 2pm–10pm, double weekends 6am–10pm, and weekends 10pm–6am.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN/LVN/LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care within the scope of the RN/LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe and report patient conditions and changes; document per policies.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment and changes in condition.
• Implement care plans and administer medications as prescribed.
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure highest standard of patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• As an RN/LVN/LPN – Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the RN/LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
