Ashford Gardens is seeking a dedicated RN/LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. The role supports patient care across shifts (2pm-10pm, double weekends 6am-10pm, weekends 10pm-6am) and provides leadership for the nursing staff in a warm, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN, LVN, or LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
