Job summary

Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope. You will observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document in EMR according to nursing policies and state/federal guidelines.

You will ensure care plans are implemented and medications/treatments are administered as prescribed, while supervising CNA staff to maintain high-quality patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope of licensure.

• EMR documentation related to patient assessment and condition changes.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
