Cantex is hiring a LVN/LPN Charge Nurse for full-time day and evening shifts in Texas. The role focuses on supervising patient care within the LVN/LPN scope and ensuring adherence to clinical policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.

• Document EMR notes for assessments, changes, and treatments.
• Implement care plans and administer medications as prescribed.
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
