Job summary

Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide patient care within the scope of licensure. The role emphasizes vigilant observation, assessment, and accurate documentation in line with clinical policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, administering medications, and guiding CNA staff to ensure patient well‑being. A valid LVN/LPN license and nursing school graduation are required.

Responsibilities
