Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the LTC unit staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement unit goals and objectives.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning opportunities.
