Job summary

Mount Joseph at Waterville is seeking an experienced RN LTC Unit Manager to lead the Long-Term Care unit and oversee patient care, staffing, and operations.

You will work with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, conduct staff evaluations, and ensure regulatory compliance in a state-of-the-art facility. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Maine.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN LTC Unit Manager to lead our Long-Term Care (LTC) unit team at Mount Joseph at Waterville. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role:

As a RN LTC Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our LTC unit, including overseeing patient care, staffing, and operations. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans, conduct staff performance evaluations, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
