ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a 300-bed Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility in Girard, PA. You will oversee nursing staff across evenings, nights and weekends, ensuring patient care quality and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians after hours, supervising PCC-based workflows, and supporting RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Active RN license and BLS are required; PCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN License required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Knowledge of wound measuring; NP weekly staging.

8-hour night shifts from 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend.

Job Description

The RN Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff on evenings, nights, and weekends at a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility with a total of 300 beds across 6 units. This role is crucial for managing patient care and supervising nursing processes while providing support and resources for floor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a building supervisor overseeing nursing staff across multiple units.
• Monitor changes in resident conditions and coordinate with medical personnel as necessary.
• Schedule outside services, including lab and portable x-ray.
• Facilitate communications with physicians and nurse practitioners after hours.

• Assist in patient assessments and maintain documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License required.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) and skilled nursing practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of wound measuring is necessary; staging to be performed by NPs weekly.
