Vibra Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a direct hire, full-time position in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days of hire, with a strong emphasis on clinical judgment and compassionate patient care. PTO and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Formación

• Active RN license is required.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
