Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC opportunity with Vibra Healthcare. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-disciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
