Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. Provide care to high-acuity patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Active RN license, 1+ year LTAC/ICU experience, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days. Competitive salary with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and PTO within a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
