Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead and mentor care teams in our New Jersey long-term care facility.

This role requires strong leadership, a NJ RN license, and prior supervisory experience in LTC. The position features a 12-hour shift from 7 AM to 7 PM on weekends, with an immediate start and competitive pay with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license with extensive leadership experience.
• Must have nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• PCC experience.
• Strong communicator and problem-solver.
• Dedicated, hardworking, excellent work ethic, reliable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Oversee daily clinical operations.
