Job summary

Miramar Beach Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead clinical care during weekend shifts and ensure high-quality resident services. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, oversee delivery of medications and treatments, complete admissions and routine assessments.

This role emphasizes patient safety, clear documentation, infection control, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and families to maintain comfort and continuity

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to supervise multiple nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
