Job summary

Roselane Health Center by Harborview in Marietta, GA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams and oversee resident care in a faith-based setting.

You will supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and med aides; ensure accurate assessments, timely documentation, infection control, and safety; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor

What You Will Do

What You Must Have
