The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina, a brand-new facility in Pinehurst, NC, is seeking a Unit Manager/Unit Coordinator who is compassionate and driven to lead nursing teams in delivering exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Must have current and valid RN or LPN Nursing License

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up.
• Ensure all resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines.
• Identify and initiate processes and quality improvements for the facility.
• Collaborate directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services (DON), and nursing personnel.
• Supervise assigned nursing and clinical staff.
