Requirements include a valid NJ RN license, at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, and training in rehabilitative nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management for a population within a unit or function.
• Conduct nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate resource utilization and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
