Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick, IN is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee nursing care on the assigned unit, ensuring compassionate, quality resident care and a supportive work environment.

The Unit Manager supervises licensed nurses and other nursing staff, develops care plans, assists with scheduling, and ensures compliance with company philosophy, professional standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care on the assigned unit with a focus on quality and compassion.
