Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead nursing care on the assigned unit. You will supervise licensed nurses and other staff, ensuring high-quality care in line with state and federal regulations.

As a key member of our care team, you will mentor staff, promote compassionate, collaborative care, and uphold our CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) across shifts and workloads.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care on the assigned unit and supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel.
