Job summary

Forest Creek Village in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Unit Manager to lead and supervise the nursing care on the assigned unit. The role requires accountability for residents, staff leadership, and adherence to professional standards and federal/state regulations.

The Unit Manager will coordinate care, mentor nursing staff, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance resident outcomes. Indiana RN or LPN licensure is required or obtainable, with emphasis on compassion and CARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care for residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care.
• Ensure unit operates in accordance with professional nursing standards and relevant laws and regulations.
