Job summary

Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living is seeking a Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to oversee nursing care on the designated unit in Brownsburg, Indiana. The Unit Manager will supervise licensed nurses and other nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care in line with our standards.

The role requires an Indiana-licensed RN or LPN and a commitment to CARE values. This is an on-site position with opportunities for professional growth and involvement in clinical leadership within our community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing care of residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in delivery of care.
• Manages unit in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
