Willowbrook Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a qualified Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a team in delivering exceptional resident care. You will mentor nurses and CNAs, oversee clinical care, and drive quality outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will supervise staffing, coordinate care plans, and support staff development in a fast-paced long-term care setting. This is a full-time on-site leadership position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Nursing Staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Direct patient care and treatment planning in line with standards.
• Coordinate and manage staffing needs and assist in hiring.
• Monitor and ensure documentation compliance with regulations.
• Resolve resident and family concerns with staff involvement.
• Assist in staff development and preceptor training.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
