Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor for Weekends to lead and support our nursing team. The role emphasizes supervising CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors, ensuring high standards of care, and overseeing medication administration with a focus on resident safety and dignity.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong clinical knowledge who can manage a behavioral unit and respond calmly in demanding situations, while promoting teamwork and quality care

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered RN with current license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Ability to manage a behavioral unit and respond to high-stress situations.
• Oversee medication passes and ensure resident safety and dignity.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment's notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.
• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
• Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care.
