Job summary

Edgecombe Health Center by Harborview in Tarboro, NC is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise delivery of medications and treatments, complete admission assessments, monitor resident conditions, maintain documentation, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Active RN or LPN license in good standing is required; prior supervision in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
