Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Neptune Township, NJ is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff across shifts.

This role offers FT and PT options with shift options, a $4,000 sign-on for FT, and competitive hourly pay ($38–$50). Join a team committed to compassionate resident care and high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active NJ RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in healthcare settings.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, residents and families regarding changes.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Promote safety and adherence to regulations and standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS (FT): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 11 PM-7 AM

SHIFTS (PT Weekends Only): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

$4000 Sign-on Bonus for New Full-Time hires!

Hourly Range: $38.00 – $50.00/hr. (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour

Shift Differentials ($1.00 For 3 PM -11 PM & 11 PM - 7 AM)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.


• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.


• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.


• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.


• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.


• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.


• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.


• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ.


• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.


• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.


• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.


• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
