Job summary

Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff. The role supports safe, high-quality resident care in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shift options (3-11, 11-7) and weekend coverage. A $4000 sign-on bonus is available for new full-time hires, with competitive hourly rates based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license (unencumbered).
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
• No supervisory experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, timely, and effective resident care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.

SHIFTS (FT): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 11 PM-7 AM

SHIFTS (PT Weekends Only): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

$4000 Sign-on Bonus for New Full-Time hires!

Hourly Range: $38.00 – $50.00/hr. (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour

Shift Differentials ($1.00 For 3 PM -11 PM & 11 PM - 7 AM)

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
