Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training within our facility. You will support hiring and onboarding, provide continuing education to nursing staff, and help ensure our team is confident, compliant, and compassionate in their care.

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing education, maintain training records, and work with department leaders to address educational needs while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN License in good standing is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation, ongoing education and training for all team members.
• Ensure staff competencies are maintained through in-service programs and skills assessments.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address educational needs.
